| had much better fitting butterfly valves. Idles perfect and no more sticking. Unfortunately, the driver side leaks during a boost leak test at 5psi. I haven't had a chance to verify where exactly it leaks but I suspect the shaft seal. I've been told that a small leak there will have no significant impact on performance but I'm not sure that is good enough. I can imagine that small leak at 5psi sounds quite different at 20psi. Besides, I've never had my stock tb's leak during a boost leak test. It's frustrating to try and ignore that sound during a boost leak test. Z1 has been very good to me and is doing there best to resolve the issues I have had. I need to verify the point of leak so that they can see what should be done. That sucks that they won't do anything for you Ryan. If z1 wasn't taking care of this for me I would have switched to 60mm tb's and just oblong the mounting holes like the post Aliaz pointed out.
